Shipping Instructions
If you placed an order for iPod/iPhone installation services or diagnostic testing, please send your iPod/iPhone to the following address provided:

When sending your iPod/iPhone in for service I recommend you use a shipping service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Make sure your name is on the return address or listed somewhere on the package for the fastest service possible! Please make sure to protect your iPod by using packing materials such as bubblewrap or anything that will keep the iPod/iPhone from moving in its box/envelope during shipment! Be sure to put your iPod's hold switch in the hold position. This prevents your iPod from turning on and being damaged in shipping! If sending in an iPhone please make sure it's off before shipment!
Do not send anything aside from your iPod/iPhone in for service (ex. cases, original iPod boxes, additional unnecessary accessories!)
Also with your iPod/iPhone please be sure to include the following on a sheet of paper:
- Name
Email Address (Same as your FastFixology.com email address)
iPod/iPhone Model
This is to help me keep track of your iPod/iPhone and to provide the fastest service possible!
FastFixology.com is not liable for any damage incurred during the shipment from your location to FastFixology.com's facility! Also you must order something from the store in order to send your iPod/iPhone into FastFixology.com. Undocumented iPods/iPhones that are delivered without proper information are a hassle to deal with! If an iPod/iPhone is delivered without an online store order it will be held until return shipping is paid for.
